Four experts on femtech and women’s health are on stage at the Heartland Festival at Egeskov Castle, inviting the audience to engage in a discussion on menopause. The event will take place on Saturday, June 14, at 3:30 p.m.

She is also co-founder of the Nordic Women’s Health Hub and editor at TechTruster.
- Marie Foegh is a medical doctor from the University of Copenhagen in 1969. She is a specialist in gynaecology and obstetrics with a special interest in female sex hormone disorders. She has been an Associate Professor at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.C., USA.
- Dr Brittany Barreto is an advocate for advancing innovation in women’s health and wellness with a focus on raising awareness, catalyzing investment and innovation, and providing data-driven insights and strategic advice.
- In her PhD thesis, media researcher Katrine Sommer Boysen examines media representations of menopause in women. When she started in 2023, menopause was being talked about – both in the media and in real life – but no one had looked at the portrayal of menopause in TV fiction.
